When Femke Bol boards the plane with 20 other Dutch athletes today on their way to Belgrade, father Joost has been on the road for almost a week. He struggles with a fear of flying, but makes a nice trip by train and bus on the way there and back, via cities such as Munich, Zagreb, Budapest and Berlin. The fact that her parents will be sitting in the stands at the World Indoor Championships makes Bol more excited.
