Felicittà: the first mental health festival in Milan

Lto mental healthespecially in its less serious meanings, is no longer perceived as a taboo: an important first step, which has cleared through words such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and which has led to a greater awareness of how much psychological well-being must be a priority in everyone’s life. This is why it was born Happinessthe first Mental Health Festival, to be held in Milan on Saturday 21 May.

The first edition of the Mental Health Festival

Organized by Unobravo, online psychology service born in 2019 to facilitate access to therapies, also thanks to controlled prices, the Festival will be held at the Combo hotel, at number 83 in Ripa di Porta Ticinese (the event is free and open to all, just sign up for this link). The target? “Normalize access to psychological support for all, to be understood both from a therapeutic point of view and as a means to cultivate one’s psychological well-being on a daily basis “, comments Danila De Stefano, CEO & Founder of Unobravo, who hopes to be able to organize other thematic meetings and initiatives.

Happinessthe appointments not to be missed

It will be an eventful day, with the aim of opening a dialogue on strategies to be implemented to prevent and deal with situations of psychological distress. For example, we will talk about organizational well-being in the corporate world (do companies know how to take care of their employees?) But also about social media: does the web have an effect on everyone’s self-esteem? Is it possible to draw and maintain a line between what we show online and what we want to remain private? There will be a focus on women, often overwhelmed by feelings of guilt for any life choice. And then a debate on the ties, which sometimes they heal, sometimes they imprison.
Visually and in real time documenting the connections that will emerge during the meetings, the graphic designer Housatonic will return a “photograph” of the conversations, stimulating participation and helping the development of a shared vision.
