MLYNY/BERLIN (dpa-AFX) – Federal Transport Minister Volker Wissing visited a refugee camp on the Polish-Ukrainian border on Saturday. The First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko also attended the meetings.
Wissing spoke of an important signal to the people of Ukraine that not only Poland is supporting them, but also a community that has a very close eye on the Ukrainian population.
