Federal Minister of Telecommunications Petra De Sutter (Green) is allocating 2 million euros with which telecom operators will develop software to stop fraudulent text messages. The software will be fully operational within a year, De Sutter announced on Sunday. She warns in the same breath that more cyber fraud occurs in the end-of-year period.
