Fedasil is appealing against a judgment of the Brussels Court of Appeal. This was said by the office of State Secretary for Asylum and Migration Nicole de Moor (CD&V) on Friday. The court ruled that various civil society organizations may seize 2.9 million euros in Fedasil resources for failing to accommodate asylum seekers.
