Today we are reviewing the new records from Danger Mouse & Black Thought, Kamikaze Palm Tree and Panda Bear & Sonic Boom.
For 17 years, Danger Mouse has dedicated itself to the hip hop turned away, dLuckily he’s coming with us now Black Thought from the roots to the genre return! The tracks on CHEAT CODES breathe vintage soul and 70s soundtrack music.
On MINT CHIP, Kamikaze Palm’s second album Tree always gets a bit off track. The result is one angry and quite unique Caricature of indie pop.
The collaboration of Noah Lennox aka Panda Bear and Peter Kember aka Sonic Boom started a few years ago, but it’s only now really taking shape. The joint album RESET by the two artists and friends was created in their adopted home of Portugal.
