The defensive midfielder Hugo Guillamón from FC Valencia was one of the winners in the LaLiga market value update with a jump of 5 million to 25 million euros. The Spaniards have now extended the expiring contract with the 22-year-old homegrown talent until 2026. After captain José Gayà (27), who is valued at 35 million euros, the international is the most valuable player in coach Gennaro Gattuso’s squad. Guillamón made his breakthrough in the Valencia dress two years ago and made his debut for Spain in 2021.
