Trainer Joseph Oosting of FC Twente is looking forward to Saturday’s home match against AZ. “I’m really looking forward to it and I’m curious to see how we will fare when the competition resumes,” he says on the website of the club from Enschede.
“During the training camp we were able to do what we wanted, on and off the field. You always have to wait and see how that develops, but I have a good feeling about it. We are ready.”
FC Twente is in third place in the Eredivisie, with a lead of 1 point over their opponent from Alkmaar. Ajax, number 5 in the rankings, follows at 9 points. The club from Amsterdam resumes the competition on Sunday with an away match against Go Ahead Eagles, the current number 6 in the Eredivisie.

“AZ is well put together. That is a team with weapons and a good approach to the game,” said Oosting, who cannot call on the suspended Michal Sadilek. “Due to some minor complaints, we still have a few question marks in the selection and we have to see how that plays out,” concluded the coach of the club from Enschede.
