FC Twente continues with RKC coach Joseph Oosting from Emmen

FC Twente switched immediately after the cancellation of Peter Bosz and is on track to quickly reach an agreement with RKC Waalwijk coach Joseph Oosting. The former player of BV Veendam and FC Emmen is in a good eighth place with the team from Waalwijk.

The talks with the Drent are going well and sources around the club from Enschede expect that an agreement can be reached in the short term. Oosting is in his second season as head coach of RKC Waalwijk and is performing above expectations with eighth place in the Eredivisie.

The resident of Emmen has a fixed clause in his contract, which allows him to take the step up for an amount of several hundred thousand euros. RKC Waalwijk will have to look for a completely new technical staff, because Roda JC has set its sights on Peter Uneken. Oosting’s assistant is the intended new head coach in Kerkrade.
