“We’ve improved a lot as a team. Of course, it’s always good when new players come along – not only on defense, but also offensively,” explained Jenz in the “Kicker” interview on the current high form of Schalke, who have almost been written off, who can still hope to stay up in the league.
For him personally, Jenz meanwhile emphasized the good connection to Maya Yoshida. You complement each other well. “He’s extremely calm on the ball and good positional play, I’m the one who takes on the more aggressive part and runs to the back.
