Contract will not be extended
Michael Heinloth will leave second division relegated FC Ingolstadt 04 at the end of the season. The expiring contract will not be extended after three years together. In total, the 30-year-old defender made 85 appearances for the FCI.
“With Michael Heinloth, a deserving player is leaving us, who has always put himself at the service of our team in every game. We wish Michael and his family all the best for their personal and sporting future and would like to thank Schanzer for his commitment over the past three years,” said sports director Malte Metzelder.
