In office since November
FC Elche has agreed a contract extension with coach Francisco Rodríguez. The working paper of the 43-year-old is now valid until 2023. The Spaniard began his tenure in November last year and since then has averaged 1.38 points from 26 games. Before the final game in LaLiga, Elche is in 14th place, having taken over the Franjiverdes in 18th relegation zone.
