England’s national team captain Harry Kane will miss the international match against Wales on Thursday (8:45 p.m.). “Harry will miss the next game, he got a knock in the last game and it is too painful to shoot the ball and too risky for him,” said national coach Thomas Tuchel, according to English media.
On Wednesday, FC Bayern’s top scorer, who is in top form, completed an individual program due to ankle problems. Kane suffered a blow to his ankle shortly before the end of Saturday’s 3-0 win in Frankfurt when he was roughly cleared by Eintracht goalkeeper Kauã Santos. Since the game against Wales is not a World Cup qualifier but a test, the loss is not that serious for Tuchel.
