FC Bayern sorts out “grave of millions” Bouna Sarr

FC Bayern is still desperately looking for a buyer for Bouna Sarr. The defender, who is extremely disappointing in sport, should definitely be off the payroll. But that’s exactly what the 30-year-old doesn’t seem to see at all.

There is said to be no shortage of interested parties for Bouna Sarr. For weeks, isolated clubs have been associated with the Senegalese international. His ex-employer Olympique Marseille was specifically named, and clubs from Italy and Turkey should also consider signing the full-back.

Sarr himself is said not to be thinking about breaking up his tents in Munich. Since no club offers him a salary as high as FC Bayern (approx. EUR 2.5 million per year), he is still part of the squad today. Those responsible for the record champions have allegedly sorted him out long ago.

“Sport1” reports that the 30-year-old no longer plays a role in coach Julian Nagelsmann’s considerations. Nagelsmann plans “completely without him,” they say. If Sarr stays anyway, he could become a permanent guest in the stands – an extremely expensive permanent guest.

In the past two seasons, Munich have already paid more for Sarr. In addition to the transfer fee of eight million euros, the record champions have also transferred a salary of five million euros to the native French’s account. Makes a total volume of 13 million euros – for just 27 competitive matches, almost all of which were disappointing.

It is not known how much FC Bayern is asking for Sarr. It is almost certain that the record champions will not regain the original eight million. Sarr’s contract on the Isar runs until the summer of 2024.
