Werner and Laimer are still teammates at RB Leipzig. So it’s not surprising that the German national player is invited to the wedding. But on July 1st, after six years in the Bundesliga, Laimer will switch to FC Bayern Munich. The record champions made the free transfer official at the beginning of June.
“It’s a dream come true for me. FC Bayern is one of the biggest clubs in the world,” said the 26-year-old midfielder after his move was announced. In Munich, Laimer should strengthen the midfield center, and he would also be an option as a right-back.
