FC Bayern: million deal for Manuel Neuer

As “Bild” reports, the startup Vaha, in which Neuer has been involved since 2021 and which produces intelligent mirrors for training at home, was sold.

There is talk of a deal worth millions, according to industry experts, the value of Vaha has multiplied to around 150 million euros.

The buyer is Bioniq, a company founded by former national basketball player Vadim Fedotov, which specializes in personalized dietary supplements and has had a successful track record in this area over the past few years.

Referring to industry circles, “Bild” reports that Bioniq is pushing ahead with the establishment of an international health platform with the takeover of Vaha. At the end of 2023, the company also wants to expand to the USA.

Speaking to the tabloid, Fedotov confirmed the Vaha deal, describing it as “a glimpse into the future of personalized health in the form of bespoke at-home wellness solutions and fitness powered by data and innovation.”

At Vaha, Neuer was loud “Picture” ultimately also involved in product development. With his know-how, he helped the startup develop fitness programs for its intelligent mirrors.
