At Hamburger SV, Fiete Arp was considered one of the greatest talents in German football. That’s why Bayern signed him where he didn’t live up to expectations. Now he should leave the club.
Fiete Arp probably has no future at Bayern Munich. As the “Bild” reports, the record champion wants to get rid of the 22-year-old this summer. According to information from the newspaper, the players and the Bayern bosses have already agreed on a contract termination.
Arp probably still has a contract until 2024. In one year of the contract he would have been entitled to a salary of four million euros plus one million euros in bonuses. However, Bayern really wants to get rid of the player, which is why, according to the report, both parties have agreed on a severance payment of three million euros. So the striker collects three million euros to leave the club.
Arp moved from Hamburger SV to FC Bayern in the summer of 2019, but has not played a Bundesliga game for Bayern since then. That’s why he was loaned to second division club Holstein Kiel last summer. In 25 games he scored three goals and provided two assists. Arp was present at the start of training for the second division team on Monday and will also switch there.
