Bryan Zaragoza has not yet been able to convince FC Bayern. Now the player is facing a final farewell from Munich.

FC-Bayern-Flop Bryan Zaragoza is apparently directly standing in front of a lightning loss from Munich. As the Pay TV station Sky reports, the 23-year-old Spaniard is said to have already agreed with Celta Vigo about a change.

Zaragoza, who initially came to the Bavaria on a loan from Granada in February 2024 and was then committed in the summer of the same year, could not meet the expectations in Munich. In total, he cost Bavaria 18 million euros at the time. In his time with the German record champion, however, he only played seven competitive games and is therefore considered a transfer flop.

Last season Zaragoza was loaned at the Spanish first division club Osasuna, where he drew attention to himself with strong performances. This aroused the interest of several clubs, including Real Betis and Villarreal. Nevertheless, Celta Vigo seems to have the best chance of an obligation of the wing player, since coach Claudio Giráldez shows great interest in him. In the upcoming Saisoun, the club also plays in the Europa League.

Bayern sports director Max Eberl recently commented on the situation of Zaragoza: “We are open to a transfer. Bryan had a very, very good phase at Osasuna, then he had the injury, then he was nominated for Spain. If you are nominated for the Spanish national team, then you already have quality and then you are also interested in other clubs.”

Despite expressions of interest from other countries, Zaragoza would like to stay in Spain. The high financial demands of FC Bayern, however, significantly difficult to negotiate with potential customers, since only a few Spanish clubs can manage this sum. The Munich hopes to get the millions back as possible, which they have also invested in Zaragoza’s obligation. It remains to be seen whether Celta Vigo is willing to meet these demands.
