Father shot his family here! MURDER house for sale

By Michael Sauerbier

It was the scene of one of Brandenburg’s worst crimes. Now the house where a vaccination opponent shot himself and his family of four in 2021 is for sale. The ad does not reveal the sad reason.

The offer sounds attractive: An “architect’s villa near the lake”, 6 rooms, 169 square meters of living space, sauna and garden on more than 1000 square meters.

“Let yourself be enchanted by this property and make this dream house your home,” entices broker Frank Acker (47) in the synopsis. The price for the three-year-old house: 985,000 euros.

What the ad does not reveal: Devid, an opponent of vaccination, had nine months ago in the white villa in Königs Wusterhausen. R. (40) shot his wife Linda (40) and their three daughters (6-10). in their beds at night. Then he judged himself. His motive: fear of punishment for forging the vaccination card. Nationwide horror!

Why is the real estate agent hiding the terrible reason for the sale? “That has no place in the exposé,” says Acker, who has three children himself. “I’ll only tell you when it comes to the inspection. It still sends a shiver down my spine.”

But so far nobody has wanted to see the murder house. Acker says several interested parties call every week, “but when they find out the address, they quickly see what happened there and decline. Most say, ‘I would never move in there.’”

Sooner or later a buyer will be found, believes the broker, “but probably not this year. People are afraid of rising energy costs and interest rates”. If Acker finds a buyer, he collects 6 percent commission on the purchase price, just under 60,000 euros. The agent: “In this case, it’s hard-earned money.”
