The accident occurred this morning around 10 am on a dirt road in the north of Tournai. The Fleming rode a bicycle and the other victim, a 25-year-old man, a quad. The two could not avoid each other in a bend and then collided. The blow was severe and the two men were killed instantly.
Police arrived at the scene and closed the road.
