Fashion label The Kooples opens its first store

Fashion brand The Kooples has opened its very first physical store. The brand has set up shop in Paris at 93 Avenue de Champs Elysées, according to a statement.

The deal is a “reinterpretation of The Kooples’ DNA,” it says. The color black runs like a red thread through the store concept, and the contrast between “edgy and sophisticated” was aimed at. There are accents of stone and concrete, but also of steel and mirrors. The store will also be a place where The Kooples plans to host events. The works of art by Gaby Sahhar and Kim Farkas can also be seen in the shop – the winners of the first The Kooples Art Prize.

Formed in 2008, The Kooples are known for their rock-chic appeal. The brand has a total of 350 sales outlets. With the Paris store, a separate location is added for the first time. Take a look inside the store below.
