The Hamburg and Amsterdam based IT service provider Fashion Cloud has strengthened its management team. On Monday, the company announced the appointment of Christopher Ralfs as Head of Wholesale Partnerships. In his new role, the 30-year-old will “drive the expansion of digital partnerships between brands and retailers in wholesale,” said Fashion Cloud.
Ralfs comes from Dutch clothing retailer Scotch & Soda, where he has held various positions over the past seven years. According to his new employer, he was involved in the “successful development of a franchise network” and was most recently “Head of Menswear for Germany and Austria”.
René Schnellen, one of the founders of Fashion Cloud, welcomed the new addition: “With his experience, Christopher will help us to exploit the full potential of Fashion Cloud for brands and to strengthen them in their digital cooperation with retailers,” he explained in a statement . “We are delighted to have gained an absolute industry expert in Christopher.”
