Farmer protests on viaducts over the A2 and A67

On Wednesday afternoon and at the beginning of the evening, farmers demonstrate on viaducts over the A2 and A67 against the cabinet’s nitrogen plans. The actions are peaceful.

Near Leende, a group of farmers have parked their tractors on and next to a viaduct over the A2. It is not known whether more farmers will come to the viaduct. One of the tractors carries a Dutch flag.

On a viaduct over the A67 near Liessel, some sympathizers of the farmers have gathered on a viaduct. Banners and flags hang from the viaduct. One of the banners reads: ‘KLM receives state aid and the farmer can go bust’. Last Friday there was already a campaign on this viaduct during rush hour.
