Farmer Evert from Ruinerwold can squeeze his hands shut: no fewer than 66 women decided to respond to his call in the Farmer Searches Woman program. And that is more than enough to be able to participate in the continuation of the program: the speed dates, the day dates and the overnight stay.
The first regular episode of the new season of Boer Zoekt Vrouw attracted more than 2.8 million viewers on NPO 1 on Sunday evening. The start of the twelfth series is therefore slightly less popular than the previous one, according to figures from Stichting KijkOnderzoek.
The 58-year-old dairy farmer Evert will be followed by Yvon Jaspers this entire season of Boer Zoekt Vrouw.
The Drenthe farmer has been single since 2008 and hopes to meet a new woman through the dating program. He has chosen ten women from all his letters to visit him. “I think it will work,” Evert said in the season opener of the program last night.
