Saturday evening after the Pride in Brussels, a family was attacked in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek. It concerns a transgender boy of 13 years old, his sister and his mother. It started with insults from a group of young people for wearing a necklace of rainbow flowers – as a symbol of the LGBTQI+ community. But it degenerated, and they were physically attacked. The police have arrested three suspects. VTM NIEUWS was able to speak with the victims.
