Encouraged by his girlfriend to do something in life, Masashi Asada without too much conviction begins to portray his family, father, mother, brother and himself with happy selfies that make everyone’s dreams and desires come true.
Soon he finds himself in the hands of a precious and comical material (the Asadas in the version of firefighters, yakuza, bank robbers, runners) which produces an accidental success – an exhibition and a book
He thus decides to istart portraying the lives of others too.

When the tsunami hit Mie Prefecture in 2011Masashi returns to the place where he photographed a happy family during the cherry blossoms and, in the face of pain and loss, finally passes from eternal adolescence to adulthood.
