She has been receiving heavy antibiotics every month for eleven years, but that medication was recently withdrawn from the market. “Just during the period when we were waiting for an alternative, she developed a severe case of pneumonia. Now she is in an artificial coma,” says her sister Kato. “Charlotte is a role model. She deserves that we fight for her.”
