The clothing supplier Falke KGaA has reorganized its sales. On Tuesday, the Schmallenberg-based company announced that the previously separate sales areas Legwear and Falke Ergonomic Sport System will also be combined in Germany “similar to the international sales markets”. Accordingly, Heike Lauter will assume “overall responsibility” for the new structure. It is now your job to “bundle the competencies of Falke and Falke Ergonomic Sport System and implement the joint sales strategy in a stringent manner,” explained the hosiery specialist.

Herbert Kenzelmann, Head of Sales at the Falke Group, explained the decision: “With the change, we want to ensure an identical management structure in all Falke sales countries and thus use the success factors in the sense of ‘share best practices’ more optimally. We also want to offer our wholesale partners a ‘best-in-class’ service,” he said in a statement.

Heike Lauter emphasized the advantages of the unified organization: “When realigning our wholesale sales structure, the motto is that the adjustment offers us the opportunity to make better use of synergies, to bundle competencies and to learn more quickly from and with each other with the aim of to position our two sales areas Falke Ergonomic Sport System and Legwear in the best possible way for the future,” she emphasized in a statement.
