The property guards of the police fought for years for fair payment – and were right by a court.
Now every single personnel file has to be looked through in order to control and calculate the payments – that alone could take several years again. Because very little is digitized at the Central Personnel Office of the Police. In addition, there is a high sick leave rate.
For the more than 1,500 property guards, that would mean waiting again for more just wages. Go ahead with the labor again. Save again on vacation. While shopping. With the children.
That will not do! Anyone who is trained to ensure our safety and works in wind and weather must be paid fairly. Month after month – and not only years later.
