On 29 October 2022, when the 52nd Ordinary General Assembly of our Club’s Council Presidency Board was held, it was stated in the 10th article of the Supervisory Board Report dated 25.10.2022, signed by Mr. Mahmut Ören, Chairman of Trabzonspor Supervisory Board, that “To exclude Trabzonspor Facilities from the new airport plan Upon the statement of “intense lobbying should be done under the leadership of the Council of the Council” and some members attending the general assembly defending that new facilities can be built with expropriation, I made a statement that many clubs look with envy and that the Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Facilities should not be expropriated for the interests of Trabzonspor that should be protected.
Upon the reporting of these statements in the media, from the official information given to me by high-level public officials on the same day; It was stated that the Ministry did not work towards the north of the airport, that is, there was no work or expropriation affecting the facilities, but that the airport terminals were expanding towards the east and west of the apron in a way that would meet the needs of the day. Thereupon, on the same day, a new statement was made on the official website of our club for our community to reach healthy information.
It is not a healthy point of view to attribute other meanings to the aforementioned statement, which we have made in the name of informing the public for the benefit of our Trabzonspor.
It should be well known that the announcements and statements published on behalf of the club on the official pages of Trabzonspor, with or without his signature, are the statements of the club president. It is also evaluated in this way against laws and regulations.
