FaceGym face training tightens the face – pictures before and after

Now let’s face it! FaceGym, adored by celebrities, tightens the face by combining massage, muscle stimulation and traditional serums.

Skin care is in, but cosmetics and facial treatments are no longer enough in the pursuit of beauty. Now we want to dig deeper than the surface, but without injections and surgery – and so the trendy ones firm up their features by training their facial muscles.

Celebrities like actress Sienna Millersinger Ellie Gouldingtop models Karlie Kloss and Irina Shayk and Meghan Markle – praise the face training for keeping the cheekbones high, the skin glowing and the jawline firm.

The British salon chain FaceGym, which has recently expanded to the United States, is especially often mentioned by name. According to the slogan of the “facial gym”, it is not a facial treatment, but a workout.

– I realized that in order to really achieve a natural facelift, you have to go deeper than the skin and work on the facial muscles first, founder of FaceGym, who has worked as a beauty journalist for years Inge Theron says on his website.

– We tone our body muscles by working out without thinking about it, so why would we have a different attitude to facial muscles?

In practice, FaceGym’s training programs include, for example, facial massage, stimulation of facial muscles with electric current, and serums familiar from traditional facial treatments. The results are promised to be similar to a face lift and downright immediate, and both signs of fatigue and swelling get a ride. However, as in training, permanent and best results can only be achieved by regular jogging.

Facial exercise has been offered before, and it can also be done without expensive salon services, for example at home by making certain expressions and movements. Chinese gua sha combs, jade rollers and massage tools designed for the face that have appeared on store shelves and on Instagram feeds are part of the same craze, the use of which is promised to bring similar effects.

It’s really worth making a habit of facial training if you want to keep your features youthful. In a 2018 Northwestern University study, noi that 30 minutes of daily “face yoga” really brought fullness to the cheeks of middle-aged women, reduced the signs of aging and firmed the shape of the face.
