Alexei Titov, the boss of Russian GP promoter ANO Rosgonki, meanwhile expects money from Formula 1 because of the costs incurred. “This debt exists, it has been confirmed and our position on it is unchanged,” he told the Russian news agency bag. “We expect a refund regardless of Formula 1 management’s current position on holding races in the Russian Federation.”
Titov believes that the sport is currently “extremely politicized” and sees confirmation of this in the words of Formula 1 boss Domenicali.
