The pig sector is struggling due to high energy and feed costs, the situation in Ukraine, and the aftermath of the corona crisis. The federal government had already officially recognized the sector as a sector in difficulty until March, which measure has been extended until the end of this year. In principle, the bill will be approved in two weeks.
