Herr Seele (Peter van Heirseele) was born and raised in Torhout. He currently lives and works in Ostend. As an eleven-year-old child artist, he followed in the footsteps of the great masters at an early age, under the influence of his mother. Together with Kamagurka he created the comic hero Cowboy Henk, his greatest classic.
