Items with which heavy fireworks could be made were found in a house on Houtwolstraat in Mill on Monday. The resident of the house has been arrested, a police spokesperson said. The Defense Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service is present to collect the items.
It is not yet clear how much and what exactly was seized.
Photos show that the street has been cordoned off, but local residents do not have to leave their homes, according to a police spokesperson.
