Explosion at parliament in Ankara: PKK claims attack, perpetrators previously killed veterinarian

The Turkish capital Ankara was shocked by a heavy explosion on Sunday morning around 9:30 am local time (8:30 am in Belgium). It took place near parliament. Two officers were slightly injured. The extremist Kurdish PKK movement has now claimed responsibility for the attack. The statement points out how Turks act in Kurdish areas. The suspects had previously killed a veterinarian and stolen his car.
