Bitcoin’s “fair value” is likely to be lower than at present, experts say.

Strategists at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a major US bank, estimate that the fair value of bitcoin will be about 12 percent lower than its current value, Bloomberg news. The estimate is based on the volatility of bitcoin compared to gold.
Strategists calculated the fair value of bitcoin to be about $ 38,000, or about $ 33,000, because it is about four times less volatile than gold. According to experts, the fair value could rise to $ 50,000, or about 44,000 euros, if the difference in volatility between the cryptocurrency and gold narrows threefold.
Strategists point to the large variability in the value of bitcoin. The value of Bitcoin fell sharply to less than EUR 30,000 in January, from a peak of almost EUR 60,000 in November. According to experts, different indicators point to a longer-term downward trend.
At the time of writing, the price of bitcoin was approximately $ 43,000 or approximately $ 38,000.
