The number of registered infections with COVID-19 and the number of hospital admissions continues to rise. The autumn wave is picking up further, according to the latest figures from health institute Sciensano on Friday. 1,427 corona patients are now in Belgian hospitals, an increase of 32 percent compared to a week earlier.
