The effective execution of prison sentences of up to three years is again postponed. Normally it should have come into effect on June 1, but yesterday the plenary gave the green light for a bill from Minister of Justice Vincent Van Quickenborne (Open Vld) that will push the date again. That happened with 91 votes in favour, 38 against and 7 abstentions.
