The former Leipzig Bundesliga professional Bruma returns to Turkey.
The nine-time Portugal international has joined Fenerbahce Istanbul on a one-year loan from PSV Eindhoven. This means that the 27-year-old has changed from teammates with ex-world champion Mario Götze to teammates with ex-world champion Mesut Özil.
Leipzig had paid 15 million euros for left winger Bruma to Galatasaray Istanbul in 2017, who then scored just four goals in 41 Bundesliga games. Leipzig sold Bruma to Eindhoven in 2019 for at least twelve million.
