Ex-FC Bayern professional Carsten Jancker leads DSV Leoben back to professional football

Champions of the regional league middle

DSV Leoben is the champion of the Austrian regional league middle and is thus promoted to the 2nd league. The Styrians secured the title on the last day of the game with a 3-1 win over the amateurs from Wolfsberger AC. At half-time Leoben was still behind and the pursuers LASK amateurs were in first place. The Upper Austrians did their duty and won 7:3 in Bad Gleichenberg. In the second half, DSV managed to turn the game around and return to professional football after 14 years.
