FC Basel continues to work on its squad. As the Portuguese sports sites “A Bola” and “O Jogo” unanimously report, the club from north-western Switzerland is about to sign Sporting’s defensive player Renato Veiga.

Basel and Veiga should already agree on the terms of the contract. There is talk of a fee of 4 to 5 million euros.
