Ex-employee Philip Cools is delighted: ‘I am certainly glad that a solution has been found. It can only help the current employees who are still there if there is hopefully a more correct corporate culture.’

Until 4 months ago, Philip was IT manager for the entire group, so he has since left the company. He himself was not the whistleblower. However, he fears that the business climate had been sick for years.

‘When I started in March, after just under a month, I was already asking myself what went wrong. I also raised this with several colleagues and they said that this was just the culture of the company and you have to learn to live with it. But it went from bad to worse’, says Philip Cools.
