The Belgian first division football club RC Genk has parted ways with German coach Bernd Storck. As the club announced, the farewell to the former BVB professional was by mutual agreement.
The 59-year-old only started working for the 2019 champion last December. Sixth in the table, Genk missed out on qualifying for the European Cup.
For Storck, who also coached the Hungarian national team between 2015 and 2017, it was the third stop in Belgium.
He had previously coached Royal Excel Mouscron and Cercle Brugge.
