Ewoud Bos from Koekange temporarily returns to the Provincial Council for GroenLinks. He replaces Mira Hamraoui from Assen.
Hamraoui was installed last Wednesday, but she writes to King’s Commissioner Jetta Klijnsma that she recently underwent surgery and must recover from it. Because she cannot function fully as a result, she requests temporary dismissal for sixteen weeks.
In the meantime, Bos does the honors. Hamraoui expects that she will gradually be able to participate in the discussions in the group again in the coming months and that she will be able to fully resume her work after the summer.
