EVERY Hertha fan needs to know that now!

By Carsten Priefer

After the win against Braunschweig (3-0), Hertha now wants to beat top club Holstein Kiel! To make this work, there are three changes. And of course every Hertha fan should know this too.

Bilal for Dardai! New signing Bilal Hussein (23) comes into the team to replace the injured Palko Dardai (24/syndesmose band) and celebrates his starting eleven debut. The Swedish national player (2 international matches) will not play as a playmaker like Dardai, but rather as a six or eight man.

Reese before his game of the year! Winger Fabian Reese (25) was born in Kiel, made his breakthrough there and moved from the coast to Berlin in the summer. Family, friends – everyone will be in the stadium on Sunday (1:30 p.m.). A very special game for Reese, which he absolutely wants to end with three points.

Reese feels right at home in Berlin, recently saying: “After eight weeks, I feel as if I have been living in Berlin for a few years.” This is very well received by the fans, which is why they celebrate him regularly.

Maolida is back! In the last few weeks, attacker Myziane Maolida (24/contract until 2025) had to train with the U23s and was completely left out. A move to Turkey fell through and no club has recently shown interest in the Frenchman.

That definitely needs to change – that’s why Maolida has been able to train with the professionals again for a few days now. This means that its market value (from 9 to 1.5 million euros) should not fall any further.

Hertha’s goal is for Maolida to leave the club in the winter. As long as he can continue to present himself to the professionals and be happy to help them score the next three points!
