Evening bread

1 french bread

melted butter

1 clove of garlic

fresh parsley

grated mozzarella

1. Cut the bread slices lengthwise and crosswise.

2. Squeeze the clove of garlic and mix it with the melted buttered parsley.

3. Fill the incisions with garlic and parsley butter and finally add the grated cheese to the incisions.

4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
