Eva Jinek suddenly a viewing figure goddess again: ‘What a revenge!’

Eva Jinek has been reborn as a viewing figure goddess. Today Inside’s men saved her by going on vacation so early. “What a revenge! She really scores like never before.”

Actually, Eva Jinek was already a bit written off. In the past six months, people have been talking more about how much salary she will have to hand in instead of about her talk show. But now that the men of Today Inside have gone on holiday so early, Eva is completely alive. In fact, her ratings are really going through the roof.

‘What a score!’

Last night, Eva even managed to captivate 912 thousand viewers (29 percent market share) with her talk show on RTL 4 and that is a score that we really haven’t seen for a long time. This peak in viewing figures is convenient: Eva will go on maternity leave after tonight and contract negotiations will follow after she gives birth.

Viewing rating expert Tina Nijkamp can’t believe it. She writes: “Like this! What a score for Jinek. What a revenge Eva has taken compared to her previous broadcasting period when she faced Lubach and VI. Especially in the last three weeks without VI, Eva scores on RTL 4 like never before.”

Historical record

How special is Eva’s score from last night exactly? “Eva’s very first broadcast on RTL 4 in January 2020 scored over 1.7 million viewers. But her weekly averages were around 700 thousand viewers. And much less in the past year. Eva is ABOVE the 700 thousand average this week.”

She continues: “912 thousand viewers is also HIGHER than the 859 thousand viewers Eva scored with Glennis Grace. That was in October 2022. Eva did not score higher after that. So until now. The 33.9 percent market share in the commercial target group aged 25 to 54 is a historic record for Eva and almost for a talk show on RTL 4.”

Only Humberto

Only Humberto Tan managed to score a few times higher, according to Tina. “Eva is BACK and one thing is ABSOLUTELY certain: the talk show MUST start at 10:30 PM, so after Lubach and VI have ended.”

She concludes: “Profit for the viewer (RTL would also stop those hour and a half shows from 8.30 pm), profit for Eva/Humberto/Beau/Renze and profit for RTL 4 (more advertising income). A SUPER cake for Eva and her team today.”
