The European Union is concerned about Turkey’s continued close ties with Russia, despite the sanctions imposed by the West against Moscow. Josep Borrell, the High Representative of European Foreign Policy, is said to have written this in a letter addressed to the European Parliament, the German Funke Media Group reports today.
