dr. Moshe Kantor, president of the European Jewish Congress (EJC) on Tuesday sent an urgent appeal to Harper Collins Publishers, asking the American publisher to release the book. The Betrayal of Anne Frank: A Cold Case Investigation from the market and to distance themselves from the controversial historical claims made in the book. “Or at least consider refraining from further reprints of the book until these claims are substantiated.”
